The journey you’re being invited to go on will support you in further removing the distortions and contractions that prevent you from fully accessing and connecting to your Essence.
What are the parts of self and the past attachments that seem to hold on and keep you out of that coherence? That seem to disrupt that energy of essence from just pouring through you?
We’ll work with these through the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual paths.
But that’s only the beginning of the journey, because essence isn’t only accessed by what you clear and make space for.
It is also learning to hold the vibration, the frequency, that you are meant to uniquely hold and embody.
It’s learning to anchor this presence in each moment, in a true felt sense.
Essence lives and breathes in you, in your field, and it can be ALLOWED through whether you’re in a moment of bliss or surrender, or a moment of stress or grief.
This journey is the deep integration work that opens the floodgates to your Essence.
How will this journey facilitate this deeper integration?
The experienced team of Luke Iorio, Nik McRae, and Uta Opitz will be facilitating you through a series of integration practices, embodiment experiences, energy work, breath journeys, reflections, circling, connecting with nature, and open-hearted community sharing.
This will be an active journey – meaning plenty of opportunities to express, move, share, be out on the land, be in connection with each other… and a bit of play and laughter too!
These will support you in anchoring the frequency of your evolved self – your true essence – and re-membering how to let that vibration through into a soul-powered, enriched way of living!
This Journey Began Some Time Ago...
Carissa Schumacher was guided by Spirit to create Sacred Spirit Journeys in 2012. Since then, the journeys have expanded into a community of beautiful souls, all coming together to evolve, heal, transform, and co-create. Since 2019, Journeys are the space in which Yeshua's channeled Transmissions are offered. Carissa's service as a forensic medium, but even moreso, the wisdom that Yeshua offers through His Transmissions has transformed and changed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.
Over the past year, it became apparent to Luke, Uta, Nik -- who have all attended and facilitated portions of Journeys for many years -- as well as Carissa that there was a need for a Journey focused on integration of and deeper immersion into the energy and concepts that Yeshua shares.
Based on countless requests from people in the Journey community, we knew it was time to create a Journey that focused on this specific immersion and integration of one of the most important aspects of self: One's Essence.
The in-person component of this Journey will be facilitated by Luke Iorio, Nik McRae, and Uta Opitz. And, you will receive a specific Yeshua Transmission series prior to the Journey. Carissa will be present for the pre-Journey and post-Journey calls and you'll have the opportunity to ask her specific questions, gain insight and receive support.
Event Dates and Times:

Thursday, November 6th, we’ll begin at 1 PM

Friday and Saturday (November 7th and 8th), there will be optional morning movement and meditation beginning at 9 AM, and the main sessions will run from 10 AM until approximately 6:30 PM

Sunday (November 9th) we'll begin for the day at 9 AM and conclude by 1 PM.
Friday and Saturday will include outdoor time, light hiking, optional yoga and mindful movement… and also a very special wildlife rehabilitation release.
Additionally, there will be 2 zoom meetings to support the journey.

Preparatory Call with Carissa, Luke, Nik and Uta
| Sunday, October 19th at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET-
Carissa will share teachings on the Alchemy Pathway and understandings around Essence and the sediment that blocks and hides it.

Luke will support some further initial sharing as we prepare the container and community to come together in Park City.

After the call, a full transmissions series on Essence and Service Through Joy from Carissa will be released (originally shared in the March 2025 Journey in Sedona, AZ)

Integration Call with Carissa, Luke, Nik and Uta
| Sunday, November 23rd at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET-
2 weeks following the journey and additional integration zoom meeting will be held to support all journey-goers as you have transitioned back into the "normal" flow of life and re-connect to what you have experienced and are still actively integrating.

Luke Iorio
Journey Facilitator
Journeying with Carissa and Yeshua since December 2019, Luke entered this stage of his journey from a completely different scene and environment.
Luke was formerly the CEO of a world renowned coach training institute. An entrepreneur and seemingly typical business man, Luke knows all about the world of achieving, planning, figuring things out, getting painfully stuck in one’s head and entangled in too many commitments — which led him into burnout and a very dark night of the soul.
His burnout leapt him out of his more traditional journey where his growth was backed by science, psychology, habit formation and achievement to studying multiple wisdom traditions from the Far East, through Gnosticism and Eastern Christianity to Native American traditions, and ultimately Yeshua and Christ Consciousness.
Luke has been a coach for nearly 20 years, focusing mostly on spiritual development and transformation in the last 6+ years — with a specialty in supporting men (though not exclusively) who are in a midlife awakening. Luke takes an integrative approach to this work, drawing on coaching, circling, meditation, and somatic breathwork (which many journey-goers have now experienced) blended with Yeshua and ancient wisdoms to support his clients.
He has many more credentials but they just aren’t worth listing out! It’s his energy, presence, connection with the Divine, and ability to share from his personal experience that guides his way of facilitating now.

Nik McRae
Journey Facilitator
Having been introduced to the world of spiritual evolution by his mother at a very young age, Nik has spent the majority of his life dedicated to the personal embodiment and guidance of others in the integration of their essence.
After a series of dark nights and tests of faith during his formative years, Nik began journeying with Carissa in May of 2014 just days before his 21st birthday. Little did he know what a pivotal role this would play in the evolution of his own essence and life trajectory. Since then he has served on many journeys, both witnessing and experiencing countless awakenings and transformations over the years.
Specializing in the esoteric arts of astrology, human design and intuitive energy work, Nik uses the language of the stars, metaphors, and emotional resonance to support the awareness and embodiment of our essence in a way that feels grounded and natural. Not shying away from the polarities and heavier aspects of the soul's journey, he helps us to feel safe in exploring our depths and distilling the true gifts of our being.
While Nik has been facilitating groups, teaching classes and working with individuals for over a decade in the field of spiritual development and evolution, his greatest joy comes from the heartfelt connections that are made in the process. Sharing the experience of blooming into essence and creating lasting bonds that form the foundations of community along the way.

Uta found her way to Yeshua and Christ consciousness via a career in international business that came with its challenges and led to panic attacks and a variety of health disorders.
On her search for a more balanced life she dove deep into Yoga, Meditation, and eventually the healing arts. As she was finding more balance, and ease within herself, she began sharing what had been supportive for her with clients in 2011.
In 2017 Uta started joining Carissa on her journeys and it has been a journey of growth and joy that keeps unfolding.
By Yeshua’s grace, Uta now offers individual and group energy sessions which support her clients in bringing balance into various aspects of their lives, ultimately by reminding them of their essence on an experiential level.

Carissa is a Full-Body Channel for Yeshua (Christ Logos), Empathic Intuitive, Sacred Ceremony Facilitator, and Renowned Psychic Medium. Her abilities have been featured in the New York Times, Live the Process, "A Question of Spirit," Pulling the Thread, and numerous other publications. She is the channel for the book, "The Freedom Transmissions" (HarperOne, 2021). Over the past fifteen years, in her full-body Transmissions of Yeshua (Christ Logos), one-on-one sessions, and Sacred Spirit Illumination Journeys, she has helped tens of thousands of people to connect more deeply to Spirit, including the Spirit within self.
Carissa's clients include many of the biggest celebrities, directors, CEOs, scientists, spiritual leaders, athletes, and policy-makers in the world. She volunteers one-half of her time to pro bono service including trauma support,
animal rescue, and advocacy to improve the quality of life on Native American reservations.
A former scientist, with a strong balance between creative and empirical disciplines, Carissa attended Brown University, where she majored in Neuroscience.
